Kia ora! When you're on your pregnancy journey, it's essential to plan ahead with your support network. This includes deciding where you'll give birth, who'll be present, and whether you'll breastfeed. Attending hapū mama antenatal classes is vital. Our free services cover pregnancy testing, sexual and reproductive health care, antenatal care, ultrasounds, blood tests, classes, birth planning, postnatal care, breastfeeding support, smoking cessation, mirimiri for hapū māmā, assistance with drug/alcohol issues, contraceptives, and walk-in clinics. Regular blood, urine tests, and scans monitor your baby's growth. Your midwife will guide you on their timing and frequency, ensuring both you and baby stay healthy.

Once referred, our kaiāwhina (nurse) will reach out to you for a face-to-face meeting to register you and discuss your needs. You're free to exit the programme anytime before your child turns five .Our programme aims to connect whānau with their community and professional services to achieve their goals.
